Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
Recruit large numbers of blue-collar candidates using various digital platforms, databases, and community networks.
Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future client requirements.
Support onboarding processes, including inductions, compliance checks, and mobilization.
Liaise with operations teams to confirm start dates and deployment schedules.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and compliance with HR standards and labour legislation.
Requirements
Grade 12
HR/related qualification.
Prior experience or internship within a TES or BPO environment.
Proven ability to recruit high volumes of candidates.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies, digital recruitment tools, and compliance processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
