As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews - while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with role requirements.
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple vacancies at once.
Proficiency with recruitment/job platforms and computer literacy.
Professional, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
