Key Responsibilities
Process daily withdrawals accurately.
Ensure all payments are valid, correct, and meet risk and wagering requirements.
Administer and maintain the withdrawals system.
Ensure all system references and withdrawal data are correctly updated.
Liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
Compile banking, credit card, manual, and other reconciliations.
Demonstrate exceptional planning and attention to detail.
Use Excel proficiently to support reconciliation processes.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (NQF 4).
At least two years' experience in a similar role.
