Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



? Perform verification and reconciliation of accounts.

? Process and reconcile transactions.

? Maintain appropriate files, reports, documentation and data.

? Reconcile and rectify accounts.

? Maintain regular contacts with internal and external stakeholders.

? Reconcile and verify bank deposits and payments.

? Ensure follow-up action as and when necessary.

? Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in reconciliation clerical activities.

Education & Experience Requirements



? Essential: Matric. A finance related tertiary qualification would be desirable

? Essential: 2 years' relevant administrative experience

? Essential: Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel)
