Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions carefully.
* Previous experience in administration, reception, or retail office support is an advantage but not essential.
