Job Summary
A dynamic Financial Services company is seeking a highly professional and proactive Receptionist/Office Administrator with strong administrative and front-desk management skills to join their team in Bryanston. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-presented and resourceful individual to be the first point of contact, efficiently manage communications and diaries, and provide essential support for internal operations and marketing events. If you have proven experience in a similar office environment and possess confidence and strong problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the professional and reliable initial point of contact for all visitors and external parties, ensuring the main reception area runs seamlessly.
  • Efficiently managing all incoming and outgoing communications, including directing phone calls and handling written correspondence.
  • Taking charge of internal and external meeting logistics, including proactively managing and updating the corporate schedule and diaries.
  • Providing crucial administrative assistance for promotional and client-facing events, which includes managing attendee lists and capturing necessary data.
  • Executing essential daily administrative tasks, such as basic data entry and providing general operational support as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a reception, office administration, or similar front-desk role.
  • Marketing skills are considered a plus.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory (Excel: General proficiency (e.g., managing lists, basic data aggregation), and PowerPoint: Basic proficiency is a plus)
  • Must be confident, resourceful, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills (ability to think on your feet).
  • Ability to handle information with confidentiality and professionalism.
