Salary: R8 500.00+ (Depending on experience)
Commission: 10% commission on Retail and Treatments from R1
A luxurious working farm is looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist/Back-Up Therapist that has a passion for the spa industry.
Starting Date: 1 October 2023
with Key Performance Areas:
Duties:
- Well spoken and strong admin skills
- Ensure guest experience is at a 5 star level
- Manage spa reception, bookings, phone calls
- Thorough knowledge in spa treatments and services
- Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
- Minimum 2 years experience in spa industry
- Microsoft Proficiency
- Well-groomed to present the brand
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Flexible and available to work late shifts
- Must have Afrikaans as first or second language
Shift Work.
08:00 17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00
1 weekend off per month, total of 8days off
