Telephone Handling
Answer the company's main phone calls, accurately record call information, transfer calls to the corresponding departments or personnel according to the call needs, and record messages and convey them in a timely manner when the transfer is not possible.
Assistance with Administrative Affairs
Be responsible for the receiving, sending and registration of the company's couriers, letters and parcels, manage the procurement and replenishment of front desk office supplies, drinking water, green plants and other materials, and maintain the environmental hygiene of the front desk area.
Meeting and Event Support
Assist the administrative department in preparing company meetings, team building and other activities, including meeting room arrangement, material preparation, and guidance of participants.
Information Transmission and Filing
Timely transmit internal notices and documents of the company, be responsible for sorting out and filing the visitor registration forms, telephone records and other materials to ensure the complete retention of information.
Other Ad Hoc Affairs
Complete other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by superiors, and cooperate with the basic coordination work of various departments of the company.

Education and Major?
College degree or above, major in Administrative Management, Secretarial Science, Business English or related fields is preferred. Candidates with 1 year or more of work experience in front desk or reception positions are preferred.?
Language Proficiency?
Fluent and standard Mandarin, basic English listening and speaking skills are required. Candidates who can conduct simple English reception and telephone communication are preferred.?
Skill Requirements?
Proficient in operating office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), master the use of office equipment such as printers and copiers, and understand basic administrative office processes.?
Image and Literacy?
Good image and temperament, aged 20-30 years old, with good communication and expression skills and service awareness, enthusiastic, patient and polite to others.?
Professionalism?
Meticulous and serious in work, with strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, certain adaptability to cope with unexpected situations in daily front desk work properly.?
Other Requirements?
