Reception Duties:
Greet visitors in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations including receiving and sorting mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Ensure the visitor logbook is completed and issue visitor badges where required.
Administrative Duties:
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., petty cash, invoice tracking).
Support HR with basic admin (e.g., filing CVs, preparing onboarding documents).
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Other Duties:
Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available.
Assist with the planning and execution of office events and communications.
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

receptionist/administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
