TAH Bellville is in search of a qualified Receptionist/Administrator to assist the team with reception, telephonic and administrative duties. In this role, the candidate will perform a variety of tasks, primarily being on reception with administrative duties within the Practice as an added responsibility.
The position will often be the first contact a pet owner has with a practice and is therefore a critical role in determining the client experience and reputation of the practice in their local community.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience during appointments and over the telephone by providing timely assistance, clear communication, and personalized service.
Coordinate reception operations: Complete front office reception processes accurately and maintain back office admin processes accurately.
Oversee reception and shop area
Requirements and skills:
Education: Grade 12
Work Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a client-facing role. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is an advantage.
Skills: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans), Computer Literate, Product Knowledge, Switchboard
