Key Responsibilities:
General admin support: managing files, correspondence, schedules, and documentation
Company Director's Support
HR Knowledge
Data capturing and basic reporting
Answering calls, emails, and receiving clients and visitors
Assisting with logistics for internal meetings or events
Managing office supplies and occasional errands
Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification
MS Word, Excel and Outlook capable
Minimum 3 year of admin / HR experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
A team player who can adapt to the fast past Charter transport industry
