, seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive

Receptionist

to join our team on a

6-month fixed-term contract

, starting

2 February 2026

.

This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is warm, organized, and able to anticipate the needs of both clients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner Managing appointments and patient schedules Handling telephone calls, emails, and enquiries Maintaining accurate patient records Handling cash payments and basic financial transactions responsibly General administrative and reception duties Supporting the smooth daily running of the clinic

Minimum Requirements:

Fluent in

Afrikaans and English

(spoken and written) Grade 12 qualification Previous experience working as a

receptionist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills (email, booking systems, general admin software) Friendly, calm, and professional demeanour Ability to anticipate needs and work independently

Advantageous:

Previous experience working as a

medical receptionist

or within a healthcare environment

Important Information:

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months

Start date

: 2 February 2026

Salary

: R35 per hour
