Job Summary Receptionist - Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa | Ballito Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join a luxury boutique hotel and spa in Ballito. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished hospitality professional to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests while supporting front desk operations and administrative tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel as a receptionist or in guest services Matric certificate; hotel school qualification or equivalent preferred Proficient in Opera (preferably Opera Cloud), Micros, and Microsoft Office Strong numeracy and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude under pressure Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and attitude Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort at all times Process accurate payments for guest accounts Respond promptly to guest questions and requests Answer and forward telephone calls professionally Manage bookings and reservations for accommodation, dining, and spa services Run daily night audits and complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and workspace Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including stock ordering, receiving, and stocktaking Perform other duties as assigned Package: Salary: R8,500 - R10,500 per month, negotiable depending on experience Opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury boutique hotel and spa environment To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
