To provide the best service to all guests. Reporting to the General Manager. Assisting with the general administration of the Front Desk.
Key Performance Areas

  • Previous experience in front office / reception
  • Must be able to work public holidays and weekends.
  • People Orientated
  • Experience with banking administration
  • Must be neat and presentable.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good client and telephone skills
Being Bilingual will be an advantage
Minimum Requirements
  • Computer literate
  • Previous Hotel System experience
Must have a Matric certificate
