Duties & Responsibilities
Provide a courteous and professional reception service.
Manage meeting rooms and common areas for cleanliness and readiness.
Handle client queries and escalate issues promptly.
Coordinate with service providers for cleaning and hygiene services.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications
Grade 12 or tertiary qualification in Hospitality.
4-5 years' experience in front-of-house or customer service roles.
* Computer literacy (MS Office).
