Job Description


Our client in the Benefit Funds industry is currently looking for a Receptionist, in Johannesburg.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle member's/visitorsxe2x80x99 queries.
  • Assisting members with sick pay queries.
  • Providing members/visitors with correct and relevant information.
  • Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly.
  • Scanning and verifying documents.
  • Liaising with staff members and confirming appointments with managers.
  • Recording all documents received (courier) on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year related/admin experience.
  • Must have worked in a big establishment/large company.
  • Good attendance and reliability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
  • Be committed and flexible.
  • Be an excellent team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
  • Dependent on experience and qualification.
