Individual must have the following :
Good communication skills
Answering calls
Booking of clients
Explaining clients vehicle repair process
Must be proficient in excel , office , word
Required to scan and file documents daily
Check in the vehicles with supporting pictures
Must be confident in talking to clients and be a team player.
