To assist with reception duties, customer service, and general administrative tasks while gaining practical workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the correct staff or department.
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally.
Take and deliver messages accurately.
Keep the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and boardroom bookings.
Receive deliveries and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data capture.
Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and professional telephone manner.
Good computer literacy (email, MS Word, Excel).
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Good customer service attitude.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Requirements:
A completed Office Administration diploma or degree.
Prior receptionist experience is an advantage.
Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
