to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, assisting customers, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Take and relay messages accurately
Manage the reception desk and maintain a welcoming environment
Ensure price lists are printed and available
Assist clients in the showroom and provide product information
Check stock availability for clients when required
Assist clients with credit card payments
Capture customer details, maintain client files, and update spreadsheets
Assist the orders department with invoicing
Use production schedules to update delivery and collection dates
Contact clients to confirm delivery and collection arrangements
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience using Sage Pastel
Good numeracy and basic mathematics skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused with attention to detail
