To respond professionally and efficiently to internal and external customer queries received through the switchboard; politely and professionally receive and attend to all visitors to reception, greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
Also, may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
