Key Outputs

  • To respond professionally and efficiently to internal and external customer queries received through the switchboard; politely and professionally receive and attend to all visitors to reception, greet visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
  • Also, may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
  • Fluent verbal communication in relevant business language.
  • Professional conduct.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, resilience (stress handling), drive/initiative, rule orientation, assertiveness and punctuality.
  • Sound verbal and written communication,
  • Business development skills and knowledge
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • 2 years' experience in receptionist position
  • Sound Microsoft office knowledge
