Receptionist & Facilities Support Assistant
Location: Centurion, Pretoria
Salary: R12 000 R16 000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon Fri 07:00 17:00 | Sat 07:00 15:00

Within this environment, the Receptionist & Facilities Support Assistant role combines front-of-house reception duties with facilities and operational support
The successful candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring visitors and clients receive excellent service while also assisting with administration, property management, security, and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
First point of contact for clients, visitors & tenants
Answer, screen & forward calls and emails professionally
Manage reception area, boardroom bookings, and meeting preparations
Check and forward leads from emails daily
Prepare invoices, tenant recoveries & municipal readings
General admin support: filing, correspondence & reports
Operational & Facilities Support
Confirm daily presence of security staff
Oversee lighting, Wi-Fi, CCTV, background music, umbrellas, boardroom readiness
Manage property tasks: update Property24 listings, confirm trading hours of units
Maintenance & Safety Checks
Water reception plants & maintain neat areas
Update maintenance lists, stock takes & inspections
Test and monitor fire detection & suppression systems, perimeter fencing & drains
Check and service air conditioning
Weekly generator tests, compliance reporting & diesel usage monitoring
Financial & Compliance Support
Assist with diesel & utility recovery calculations
Support monthly billing and payment processing
Data purchase requests & biometrics reporting
Requirements
Matric required; further qualifications advantageous
Minimum 2+ years admin experience (property industry experience = bonus)
Own reliable transport is essential
Outgoing, extroverted & confident in a client-facing role
Strong admin, highly organized & detail-driven
Presentable, professional & adaptable

Eerste kontakpunt vir kliente, besoekers & huurders
Beantwoord, skerm & skakel oproepe en e-posse professioneel deur
Bestuur ontvangsarea, raadsaalbesprekings en voorbereidings
Daagliks e-posse nagaan en lei na toepaslike personeel
Fakturering, herstelkoste en munisipale lesings hanteer
Algemene administratiewe ondersteuning: leerwerk, verslae & korrespondensie
Operasioneel & Fasiliteits Ondersteuning
Bevestig daaglikse teenwoordigheid van sekuriteitswagte.
Fasiliteite: ligte, Wi-Fi, CCTV, agtergrondmusiek, sambrele, raadsaalgereedheid.
Eiendomstake: Property24 lysings opdateer, sluitingstye van eenhede bevestig
Instandhouding & Veiligheidstoetse
Versorg ontvangsplante & hou areas netjies
Hou instandhoudingslys en voorraadopnames by
Toets brandstelsels, heinings, dreine & lugversorging
Weeklikse kragopwekker-toetse & nakomingsverslae
Finansieel & Nakomings
Help met diesel- en dienste-herwinningsberekeninge
Ondersteun maandelikse fakturering en betalingsprosesse
Hanteer datakoopversoeke & biometriese verslae
Vereistes
Matriek verpligtend; verdere kwalifikasies voordelig
Minimum 2+ jaar admin-ervaring (ervaring in eiendomsbedryf = bonus)
Betroubare eie vervoer is noodsaaklik
