Greeting and welcoming visitors
Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department,
taking messages, and providing general information.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including keeping track of
appointments and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked.
Handling correspondence. Responsible for sorting and distributing mail and packages,
as well as sending and receiving emails.
Schedule and manage appointment calendar for managers or other team members,
ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with their needs and
addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
Updating contact lists, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork.
Provide administrative support to Cold Storage Warehouse and other various
departments, including handling paperwork, filing documents, staff timesheets, leave
processing and assisting with various tasks as needed.
Adhoc responsibilities.
Skills Required:
Matric
1-2 years receptionist/administrative experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, and computer software (e.g.,
Microsoft Office).
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
