Receptionist
who will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients warmly and professionally, in person and telephonically
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle patient enquiries with clarity, empathy, and discretion
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties
Process payments and support basic billing and account queries
Coordinate effectively with the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Minimum Requirements
Applicable previous experience
in a receptionist or front-desk role (medical or dental environment advantageous)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong
people skills
with a calm, friendly, and professional manner
Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
Highly punctual
with strong time-management skills
Reliable own transport
(non-negotiable)
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Confident with basic computer systems and practice management software
