Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests on arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain a polished and professional front desk presence at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and queries efficiently, courteously, and proactively.
  • Manage room bookings and reservations using the hotels property management system.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
  • Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about local attractions, hotel amenities, and services.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and hospitality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in hospitality industry
  • Well spoken
  • Good understanding of Excel, Word etc.

  • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Discreet and respectful of guest privacy.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
