Job Summary Job Purpose:
Additionally, the role involves providing essential administrative support to various departments, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients and team members with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute communication and deliveries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Monitor and manage visitor access with security.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
