Receptionist Houtbay Cape Town
Our client is looking for a temporary Receptionist for two/three months that can answer the telephone and ensure messages are passed to staff members in time as well as basic basic computer skills. Position might become permanent. You need 2-3 years plus experience
Salary: R7500 xe2x80x93 R8000 CTC 2-3 months fixed term contract
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
2-3 years experience as a Receptionist
Excellent verbal communication
Good telephone communication etiquette
Organized and resourceful
Greeting of visitors
Offer coffee/tea/water to clients and make if necessary.
Handle deliveries / collections at reception
Able to lock up the office at 5pm
Assist with requests from senior management from time to time as expected.
