Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it remains neat and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Assist with filing and maintaining records (including creditors and other departmental support).
Provide general office administration support such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room bookings.
Support colleagues in different departments with routine tasks when needed.
Order and manage office supplies for reception and shared spaces.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12); office administration qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
