vibrant, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Receptionist
to join our dynamic team at our busy automotive dealership in Goodwood.
As the first point of contact for our customers, the ideal candidate must create a welcoming environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance. Prior experience in a car dealership environment will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers
Professionally answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the dealership's front desk and reception area
Handle basic customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
Perform general administrative tasks and support various departments when required
Keep customer records updated and ensure proper filing of documents
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in an automotive dealership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (MS Office, email, and dealership software a plus)
Professional appearance and demeanor
