Our client, a beautifully restored luxury boutique hotel in Robertson, is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist and Reservationist to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage daily front-of-house operations, oversee reservations and guest communication, and ensure that every interaction reflects the property's world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently and professionally.
• Manage online and direct bookings via Nightsbridge and other reservation platforms.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Respond promptly to email and phone enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with administrative duties, reporting, and daily reconciliations.
• Uphold brand standards in presentation, service delivery, and guest communication.

Package & Benefits

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in a 5-star boutique hotel or guesthouse.
• Strong working knowledge of Nightsbridge and hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and guest-service focused.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organisational abilities.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Robertson (non-live-in position).

Skills Required
