We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist and Office Administrator to join our logistics and transport team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage storage inventories and stock control.
  • Assist with general transport and warehouse administration duties.
  • Answer incoming calls on our national switchboard, in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Respond to general telephone and email queries.
  • Process and issue invoices.
Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification (average of 65%).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-spoken in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone etiquette.
  • Drivers license and reliable transport.
  • Will be required to work one weekend per month.
  • Have sober habits.
  • Reside in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), or willing to relocate.
