Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Open and manage job cards for incoming work.
  • Follow up on units sent to other branches or repair shops.
  • File and maintain paperwork and records.
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12 (required).
  • 1-2 years' experience in reception or administration.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a technical or aviation environment is advantageous.
  • Own transport.
