Job Description
Job Title: Reception / Switchboard Operator Looking for a Reception / Switchboard Operator with 4-6 years of experience in Epping, Western Cape. Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Type: Contractor (4 Months)
Location: CPT - Northern Suburbs Epping
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must comprehend, read, and speak fluent English.
- Being fluent in Afrikaans is beneficial.
- Must have exceptional telephone etiquette and a professional and courteous telephone voice.
- Must have a customer service approach
- Able to manage an extremely busy switchboard effectively.
- Must be able to manage conflict situations.
- Must be able to perform in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
