Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of reception staff
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews of reception team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area
Ensure seamless communication between reception and other departments
Handle escalated inquiries or complaints with tact and professionalism
Manage booking systems, visitor logs, and access control procedures
Implement customer service improvements and best practices
