Job Summary Ardmore Guest Farm in the Central Drakensberg is seeking a friendly, organised, and confident Reception & Front-of-House Administrator. This is a live-in position at a busy, family-run guest farm. Requirements: o Previous hospitality or reception experience o Excellent communication and guest service skills o Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, email systems) o Confident with payments, cash-ups, and basic financial admin o Able to handle bookings, emails, WhatsApp,s and check-ins o Able to place stock orders and work professionally with suppliers o Calm, reliable, and not afraid to get involved in daily operations o English required; Afrikaans/Zulu an advantage o Own transport preferred o Immediate start available o 3-month probation applies Work Schedule: Hospitality hours - rostered shifts (6 days on / 2 days off). Weekends and public holidays form part of the role. Included: On-site accommodation, 3 meals per day, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
