Role Overview
Our client in the retail/wholesale sector is seeking a Receiving & Merchandising Clerk to support receiving operations, GRV processing, and in-store merchandising. The role requires strong attention to detail, stock control awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in receiving, stock control, or merchandising within a retail or wholesale environment
• Working knowledge of GRV processing
• Basic understanding of stock movements and inventory control
• Good numerical and administrative skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Reliable, organised, and hands-on approach

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stock against delivery notes and GRVs
• Capture and process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately
• Ensure correct stock quantities and report discrepancies
• Assist with merchandising, shelf packing, and product displays
• Maintain receiving and stock areas in a neat and organised manner
• Liaise with internal teams regarding stock queries

• Position based in the Johannesburg North / Sandton area
• Market-related remuneration offered, depending on experience
