Job Description

Job Purpose
To provide overall management of the Inbound Department, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, staff management, equipment utilisation, hygiene, health and safety, and full compliance with company and industry standards.
Minimum Qualifications

Matric (Mathematics advantageous)
Management training
Labour relations training
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in fruit handling, preferably Citrus

Key Accountability Areas

Plan, assign, and direct inbound duties to all team members
Manage incoming product delivery schedules and communicate stock age analysis to operations
Monitor and control stock levels, usage, and ordering
Oversee and manage supplier service delivery
Take accountability for day-to-day operational decision-making
Monitor and control all inbound and outbound product stock
Ensure accurate management of waste, juice stock, and broker sales with full traceability
Ensure optimal use, care, and maintenance of vehicles, degreening rooms, drench systems, tippers, and related equipment
Control administrative operations including budgeting, planning, report preparation, expenditure, and efficient resource utilisation

Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Willingness to work overtime when required
