We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Real Estate Salesperson to assist with lead generation, client follow-up, and administrative support. This role combines sales, telemarketing, and office coordination to help grow our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects, investors, and property owners.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text.
Update CRM system with leads, notes, and follow-ups.
Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and online postings.
Coordinate showings, inspections, and client communications.
Support administrative tasks as needed (data entry, document prep, etc.).
Qualifications:
Strong communication and phone skills.
Sales or telemarketing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated.
Real estate license (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission and bonuses based on performance.
