Job Summary About the Role:
You'll manage a portfolio of 75 properties (growing to 100-120), mainly in Durbanville, Brackenfell, Buhrein, and Bellville. You'll work closely with the director while handling admin, client relations, and property management.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Presentable, professional, and a fast thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport is essential
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed
- Mon - Thurs: 08:00 - 17:00
- Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
