We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property management operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations, along with exceptional organizational and customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Duties

Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet tenant needs. Oversee leasing processes, including marketing properties, conducting showings, and negotiating lease agreements. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to protect the interests of both the company and tenants. Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance marketability and occupancy rates. Maintain accurate records of property activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain tenant satisfaction. Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and customer service. Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline processes related to leasing, renewals, and tenant communications.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse tenant populations. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Ability to analyze market trends to inform property management strategies.
