Qualifications: What We're Looking For
A recent graduate in Bcom Finance / Law. Property Studies advantageous
Strong analytical and communication skills
Potential to interact and hold conversations with senior executives
Social and confident individual
A keen interest in retail property strategy and development
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
Supporting site selection and lease negotiations for new stores
Assisting with property portfolio analysis and reporting
Conducting market research and competitor mapping
Participating in property inspections and landlord engagements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Store Development, Finance, and Legal
Learning about compliance, zoning, and municipal processes
