Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Graduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Supporting site selection and lease negotiations for new stores
- Assisting with property portfolio analysis and reporting
- Conducting market research and competitor mapping
- Participating in property inspections and landlord engagements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Store Development, Finance, and Legal
- Learning about compliance, zoning, and municipal processes
- A structured graduate development program
- Mentorship from experienced real estate professionals
- Exposure to a national retail property portfolio

What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate in Bcom Finance / Law. Property Studies advantageous
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Potential to interact and hold conversations with senior executives
- Social and confident individual
- A keen interest in retail property strategy and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
