Real Estate Financial Reconciliation Analyst (german Speaking)

Job Description

Fluency in German is essential.
Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing service charge reconciliation invoices and annual operating expense from landlords to ensure compliance with lease agreements, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Conducting detailed financial checks, analyzing data, and overseeing reconciliation audits to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • High-quality analyses, identifying discrepancies, and clearly communicating findings with landlords and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining financial transparency, ensuring the integrity of real estate cost recoveries, and fostering strong landlord relationships.
  • Resolving disputes, leading objection processes for incorrect allocations, and tracking cost savings and financial risks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking through Sequentra and Salesforce.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BCom or equivalent) from a SAICA- or SAIPA-accredited university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Lease Administration, Property Management, or Facility Management.
  • Knowledge of German Property Law will be a strong recommendation
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential; very good English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong understanding of lease terms, operating expenses, and service charge structures.
