The Role
We are seeking detail-oriented, analytical, and goal-driven Real Estate Deal Analysts to assist a U.S.-based real estate investment team in evaluating properties and identifying profitable deals. You will play a key role in analyzing market data, pulling comparable sales, and classifying opportunities, helping investors make informed decisions.
This role is ideal for someone with real estate research experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review property addresses provided via Google Sheets or an internal system
• Validate property details using Zillow and Redfin
• Pull comparable sales (comps) to estimate market value and After Repair Value (ARV)
• Calculate the price gap (ARV minus market value) to assess profit potential
• Research and document realistic monthly rent estimates for similar properties
• Input all data, including comps and rental estimates, into a standardized Google Sheet template
• Conclude each analysis with a recommendation: Proceed, Borderline, or Not Worth It

Goals & Tools:

• Workload: Analyze at least 20 properties per workday
• Tools: Proficiency with Zillow, Redfin, and Google Sheets is required

Ideal Profile
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate analysis, property research, or related fields
• Strong proficiency with Zillow, Redfin, and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet daily targets
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets is a plus
