The Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate lead generation, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to property owners and potential sellers.
- Follow scripts while also adapting conversations to keep prospects engaged.
- Pre-qualify leads and set appointments for our acquisitions team.
- Update and maintain lead information in the CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate cold calling.
- Strong English communication skills with a clear/neutral accent.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs and dialer systems is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
