Are you a natural connector who loves meeting new people and turning conversations into opportunities?We're looking for driven Real Estate Professionals to join our growing team and help expand our property portfolio across Cape Town.
In this role, you'll take ownership of your success; identifying new business opportunities, securing property mandates, and building lasting relationships with landlords and investors. If you're confident, motivated, and ready to represent a respected real estate brand, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Generate new business by actively engaging with landlords and property investors
Conduct property viewings, valuations, and client meetings to secure exclusive mandates
Build strong, trust-based relationships and deliver exceptional client service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing property management
Manage your pipeline, track results, and celebrate your wins
What You'll Bring
A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Proven ability to network, negotiate, and close deals
Experience in real estate, sales, or business development (an advantage but not essential)
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
A valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
