Urban Link South Coast is looking for Estate Agents and/ or, Interns:

We will provide training and necessary support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.

Property Research & Evaluation:

Conducting market research to determine property values and listing strategies.

Property Listings & Marketing:

Creating and managing property listings, using various marketing channels to promote properties.

Property Showings:

Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers or renters.

Negotiation & Contract Preparation:

Negotiating offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring all terms are met.

Documentation & Administration:

Preparing and managing all necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.

Client Support:

Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.

Networking:

Building relationships with other real estate professionals and local businesses.
Skills & Knowledge:

Market Knowledge:

A strong understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and regulations.

Communication & Negotiation:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Sales & Marketing:

Experience in sales and marketing, including creating promotional materials and advertising properties.

Legal & Contractual Knowledge:

Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with CRM software, real estate listing platforms, and online tools.
Additional Notes:

Real estate agents typically work on a commission basis, earning a percentage of the property's sale price. The role can be demanding, requiring long hours, flexible schedules, and the ability to handle stress. Continuing education and professional development are important for staying current with industry changes and best practices.

Pay: R1,00 - R20000,00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
