Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Provide post-sale support and assistance.
