Job Summary Ready for a Real Estate Career? Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? Our real estate agency in Kempton Park is hiring full-status and intern estate agents. Your Role You'll market and sell properties while providing great customer service. Duties include: Prospecting (cold calling included) Market analysis and research Creating listing presentations Creating ads and loading data Hosting show houses Giving weekly seller feedback Personal branding Requirements We're looking for a goal-oriented, persistent person with strong project management skills. You'll need: Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and laptop. Matric certificate. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work as a consultant. Fluency in two South African languages. Live in or near Kempton Park. A financial background and local network are a plus. No sales experience is needed-we provide full training. Training & Pay We offer training through the Harcourts South Africa Academy. After one year, successful interns can take the exam to become a full-status agent. This is a commission-only role-your pay is based on your performance. We offer highly competitive commission splits.
