Rawson Properties, a leading real estate brand in South Africa, is expanding in the Hermanus and Gansbaai area. We are looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team.

Commission-based position

with unlimited earning potential. Please note that there is no fixed monthly salary.

Requirements:

Own car, smartphone, and laptop.

Financial stability:

Candidates must be able to support themselves for at least six months.

Comprehensive training provided

through the Rawson Training Academy, ensuring success whether you start as an intern or a full-status agent.

Work remotely:

This role involves working directly in the field with buyers and sellers. With a laptop and a reliable internet connection at home, you are already set for success. Your drive and dedication will define your achievements, not an office. However, our

main office is situated in Hermanus

, and we also have a

satellite office in Gansbaai

where you can print and access Wi-Fi facilities when needed.
