Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Facilitator located in eMakhazeni. The Real Estate Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating training for the Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent (NQF Level 4). They should be able to create teaching interventions that will upskill empower individuals within the Real Estate industry, i.e., teaching students how to conduct property viewings, facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare and process real estate documents, coordinate with legal professionals, and provide customer service to clients. Additionally, the facilitator is also expected to cover theoretical aspects of the program by meeting deliverables (summative, formative, and workbook assessments). They are required to ensure a cohesive class environment, be engaging & assertive. The facilitator should be able to plan, prepare, and coordinate lessons from inception up until closure.

Qualifications

Real Estate Management, Property Negotiation, and Market Analysis skills Experience in preparing and processing real estate documents and contracts Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of property regulations and compliance Proficiency in relevant software and tools for real estate management Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Relevant certificates or a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Pay: R10000,00 - R12000,00 per month
